We currently offer refunds on paid remote setup services, consultations, and driver support packages in the following cases:

  • Our team confirmed that your system or printer is incompatible with the requested service.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for downloadable content (e.g., drivers, PDFs, tools) once they have been accessed or downloaded.

  • If you change your mind after the service is completed. 
  • If you provided incorrect system or printer information. 
  • If the issue was resolved, but you are dissatisfied without a valid reason. 
  • If third-party issues (e.g., unstable internet, firewall restrictions) blocked us from assisting. 

How to Request a Refund?

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your name, contact number, a detailed description of the issue, and proof (screenshots, chat/email record).
  3. Our team will verify the issue and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
